Rejuvenique by Monat Review

Hey everyone!!! I hope y'all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Today I'm going to be reviewing a product I got from iFabbo, which is Rejuvenique by Monat. This product is an oil which can be used on both the skin and hair.

Here's some information from the box and a little pamphlet that came in the box:

"Rejuvenique is a non-greasy clincally proven formulation that promotes smooth and supple skin, aids in hydration and because it has a high fat content, it also replaces the body's own natural oils allowing for faster, deeper and more complete absorption. For the hair, it provides manageability, shine, moisture, protection against environmental influence. For the skin, it moisturizes and provides significant improvement to tone and texture. Once applied it protects both hair and skin from damage caused by harsh chemicals and heat appliances."

As for the packing its super simple as you can tell from the picture. I really do enjoy how sleek the product looks.

The product itself isn't oily it sort of feels like a primer would, its has a silicone feeling, but maybe that's just me. I wasn't sure if I was going to like this product because of the fact that its an oil and I have an oily have and acne prone skin, also I have oily hair, definitely not the ideal things to use an oil on. Anyway, in the winter months I do tend to get dry spots on my face and my hair sometimes becomes dry as well, so I figured it would be good for that purpose. It definitely helped relieve me of my dry spots on my face, let me just say I didn't use it on my entire face because like I mentioned early I have acne prone skin and I didn't want to risk causing a breakout, but I did get a pimple or two where I used this oil. As far as my hair goes, omg it just made it feel so much softer like it felt touchable, so I was happy with that!! However, I didn't see any difference in manageability, but my hair is wild nothing can tame it.  Also, let me just note that you can also use this on the body in replace of a lotion. I used this on my extremely dry hands and even used this on my boyfriend. I've mentioned before that he has excessive dry patches on his body and this definitely helped him a lot. I applied some to his arms in the morning and it kept him feel moisturized all day.

So my thoughts? I think this is a great product for relieving dryness. This product does have a steep price tag, $100. I know that's a lot but if you have extreme dry patches I would definitely look into this product it really does help a lot. I really can't vouch for the things its suppose to do since I would just do spot treatments or use it as a lotion, However, it really did nothing for my hair except help make it feel soft. Royal Elixir Face Serum Review

Hey my loves so first let me state how sorry I am for being m.i.a a lot of things have came up and right now I am without internet. So as you can imagine it is difficult to post stuff but since I am at my boyfriend's, I'm gonna take this opportunity to post a review!! I am going to be reviewing the Royal Elixir Face Serum by Perlier. I was given this wonderful opportunity by iFabbo and definitely jumped on this.

Let me just say one thing that I am a sucker for is packing and Perlier does it right!! Their packaging looks so elegant and just amazing it grabs your attention. When I got this product I didn't want to open the box, but when I did I wasn't disappointed with the product either it looked so pretty!

This Royal Elixir serum works like a lightweight moisturizer that doesn't leave you skin feeling tight, don't you just hate that feeling? You can use this instead of a moisturizer or use with. When I first was testing it out I used it underneath my moisturizer and it felt really refreshing. What I mean by that is my skin felt so soft!! When used on it's own it had my skin feeling the same way, but you definitely got a little bit of a "glow". This product does contain some shimmer but definitely not a lot to where you look like a vampire from Twilight.

This product absorbs quickly into your skin and it just feels so soft. It's not oily at all, which is perfect for anyone with oily skin, myself included. It does have a scent to it but it's very delightful it almost smells a little like honey.

So, overall I am loving this product and it does last a while all you need is one pump. This does cost $99, but let me tell you it's so worth it all you need is a little bit and you are good to go! You can check it out here if you are interested in it.

Perlier Volcanic Thermal Spa Scrub

Hello my lovely angels, sorry I haven't posted anything in a while I've been super busy with life and hopefully it'll go back to normal soon. Anyways, today I will be reviewing the Perlier Volcanic Thermal Spa Scrub. Of course as always before I tell you my thoughts on it I will be telling you what Perlier has to say about this product.

This  product itself is a blue gel-like substance that contains both large and small particles and is absolutely Ah-MAZ-ZA-ING!! I love, love, love it!! When I first received it I honestly didn't think I would like it as much as I do. I've tried scrubs that weren't that great compared to this scrub. This is 6 fl oz of awesome!

I have been using it at least twice a week and it makes my skin feels so incredibly soft. I think my favorite part is  applying it. It just make you feel so relaxed, at least it makes me feel that way. My boyfriend has even used this and he loves it as well. He has a condition that causes him to have rough dry patches on his body. He used this once and he felt a super huge difference in his skin, it just felt so soft! So whether you have really dry, rough skin or not this scrub is going to give you the same results, velvety smooth skin, and who doesn't want that?

Overall, I love this scrub it is definitely going to be my must have especially with the winter season approaching soon.  Let me start off by saying before I started using this product I had a couple of dark spots and post acne marks. My skin wasn't that bad but not good enough to where I wanted to walk out the house without anything on my face. Thanks to this product I know feel confident to walk out the house with nothing on my face.

 I've been using this product for almost two weeks and my face looks amazing! Although it's weird before I started using it. I had broke out and after a day my face had cleared up. Hydroxatone AM/PM Anti-Wrinkle Complex

Hey my beautiful angels, today I am going to be reviewing the Hydroxatone AM/PM Anti-Wrinkle Complex. This is definitely going to be the quickest review ever.

This moisturizer can be used for both morning and night it contains an SPF of 15. You get 30 grams of product. The cream has a yellowish color to it and is thick. I find it difficult to spread onto my face and neck due to the consistency of it. However, once it absorbs into your skin it will feel so soft. This product is super moisturizing and I can’t tell you if it helps reduce wrinkles since I do not have any.

This is not my favorite moisturizer to use simply because it makes my face super oily and I already have very oily skin. However, I do think this product is ideal for someone with dry skin or someone with a little bit of an oily face.

Overall, I give this a 5/10. I would like it if my face didn’t end up unbearably oily. However, if you are interested in checking out this product head to your local ulta or go to here and read more about it yourself. #AntiWrinkleSPF

UV Wristbands

I'm always been a supporter of protecting your skin from harmful uv rays, especially during these hot summer days. Have you ever wondered how strong these rays are? No? Okay so I guess I'm the only one *sad face* but thanks to wristbands.net I no longer have to wonder I can know just by looking at my wristband.

These UV Wristbands are very unique and definitely super cool. They are originally appear clear and turn a blue/fuchsia color when exposed to ultra violet light. The higher the uv intensity the darker the wristbands will become. Did I mention you can customize these wristbands? Well you can!

This is definitely a fun and unique way to remind people how dangerous uv light is. These can help reduce skin cancer by simpling reminding you to apply sunscreen or just by simply staying in the shade. This has turned into my must have I have not left my house with my band and sunscreen in my purse for re-application later in the day.

Hydroxatone Anti-Aging BB Cream Review

Recently a lot of makeup companies have been coming out with a BB Cream. These BB creams are suppose to even skin tone, reduce the look of pores, conceal imperfections and many more. You can wear them alone or under a foundation.

The BB Cream that I'm going to review is from Hydroxatone, it's anti-aging and contains spf 40. This product hydrates, conceals, protects, reduce the look of aging and brightens skin. It contains plant extracts to help calm and soaths irritated irritated skin and is packed full of vitamin C.

Here's what Hydroxatone has to say about this product:
BB Cream acts as an all-in-one product with cosmetic beauty and skincare benefits. This perfecting multi-functional cream can act as a foundation, concealer, sunblock, and moisturizer all at once BB cream was initially formulated and used by dermatologists to help patients who received laser surgery protect, soothe and refine their sensitive skin while also providing them with a light coverage for post-laser scars, acne, and other skin imperfections.

The color range of this BB cream ranges from light to Deep Tan. I got this in Medium. However, the Medium seemed a little too light for me so be careful when selecting your shade. The color is beige with a little gray (although it does look a bit yellow in my swatches) and a bit of a patsy finish. The color does seem like it would embrace a more pinker undertone. Once I applied my makeup and completed my look it seemed like the color did tone down some so I wasn't left looking to ghostly.

It wasn't overly pasty since it does sheer out considerably once applied. They get the texture down of a BB Cream wonderfully as this is rich and creamy. However, although it appears pigmented, it actually applies very subtly with a sheerer finish that isn't very build-able.

This is quite a nice BB Cream. The texture is beautiful to work with as it blends easily, leaves behind a satiny finish, and hydrates skin delicately without being oily or greasy. It’s lightweight and very breathable coverage as well. It evens out skin tone and brightens skin for a more flawless complexion. However, the sheerness of the product might be a deal breaker for some. I liked it a lot but I’d have liked it even more if the color was better fitted to my skin tone. Sadly, it seemed all the shades run quite light.

I love that this BB cream does do what it says it does. However, it doesn't have full coverage it's more on the light side of coverage, so if you do have a lot of imperfections that you want cover up yup will have to use a concealer. One thing that I do not like is the scent it irritates my eyes. The first thing i noticed with this product is how runny it is. To me, it's not a typical serum where it feels more like a gel. It's almost like an oil/water mixture, but it is so light on the skin! Seriously, it feels incredibly light and silky but it does provide moisture. I've been using this after I cleanse my face, before moisturizing. It's got a dropper where you dispense the product on your hand and you only need 4 drops for your whole face and neck. It's also not greasy-feeling at all, which is a big plus for me. Once I wake up in the morning, I notice that my skin feels really soft and actually looks really healthy and glow-y  I've also noticed, and it may be just me, but it seems to make my pores look smaller! I'm not sure how it does that but I definitely notice a difference when I've used this the night before. I've only been using this for about a month now, but I can't wait to see what the long term effects are on my skin! I haven't had any issues with breakouts either from using this product, so it's safe to say this is having a positive effect on my skin so far! I don't have wrinkles on my face so I'm not really helpful with that, but this product is amazing.

I absolutely love this moisturizer. I've been using this moisturizer for about 3 weeks and already I see amazing results. This moisturizer not only moisturizers and firms but also evens skin tone! I have dark spots on both sides of my cheek and in the few weeks I've been using it, I can barely see the spot on one side, the other is still slightly visible but not as much as it was before and also my skin feels super soft, I love it! It does absorb quickly into your skin. The only thing is if you put a lot of the product on your face you will wake up with a super oily face. So with that being said I would recommend using only a little bit. In 8-12 weeks you will see significant results. If you're in your early twenties it's a good time to start incorporating anti-aging products to your nightly routine. Your body will make better use of it and you'll wake up with a bright looking face.
